Foi publicado em 28 de julho o edital da Oferta Permanente de blocos exploratórios de petróleo e gás natural sob o regime de Partilha de Produção no Pré-Sal. A Oferta Permanente é uma modalidade de leilão na qual há a oferta contínua de blocos exploratórios e de áreas com acumulações marginais. Pela primeira vez, serão ofertados blocos em regime de partilha de produção nesse sistema.

Em decorrência do disposto no art. 4º, § 1º, da Lei nº 12.351, de 22 de dezembro de 2010, a Petrobras manifestou o interesse em atuar como operadora, com participação mínima de 30% em cada um dos blocos de Água Marinha e Norte de Brava.
Na Oferta Permanente, a realização da sessão pública de apresentação de ofertas ocorre em até 120 dias após a aprovação, pela ANP, de uma declaração de interesse, para qualquer bloco ou área em oferta. A partir desta quinta-feira (28/7), as empresas inscritas no certame podem realizar a declaração de interesse.
A oferta pública do 1º Ciclo da Oferta Permanente sob o regime de Partilha de Produção ocorrerá em dezembro de 2022, caso a ANP receba manifestação de interesse pelos blocos em oferta até 10 de agosto de 2022.

On July 28, the public notice for the Permanent Offer of exploratory blocks of oil and natural gas under the Pre-Salt Production Sharing regime was published. The Permanent Offer is a type of auction in which there is a continuous offer of exploratory blocks and areas with marginal accumulations. For the first time, blocks will be offered on a production-sharing basis in this system.

As a result of the provisions of art. 4, § 1, of Law No. 12,351, of December 22, 2010, Petrobras expressed its interest in acting as operator, with a minimum interest of 30% in each of the Água Marinha and Norte de Brava blocks.
In the Permanent Offer, the public session for the presentation of offers takes place within 120 days after the approval, by the ANP, of a declaration of interest, for any block or area on offer. Starting this Thursday (7/28), companies registered for the event can make a declaration of interest.
The public offering of the 1st Cycle of the Permanent Offering under the Production Sharing regime will take place in December 2022, if the ANP receives an expression of interest in the blocks on offer by August 10, 2022.
