Alexander Zadorozhny is Russian Attorney-at-Law with more than fifteen years of experience in litigation, bankruptcy, corporate and investment law.
During his career Alexander advised and represented in courts for such Russian and international corporations as Liebherr, Mechel, Quadro Capital Partners, KFC, RusHydro etc.
With Alexander’s input, many legal disputes were successfully completed. Alexander Zadorozhny has a wide experience in supporting restructuring and insolvency proceedings, protecting the interests of both creditors and debtors, including the experience of participating in bankruptcy proceedings of credit organizations.
Besides being fluent in Russian and English, Zadorozhny is also a regular contributor to Bankruptcy Law Digest, investment discussion club and international law cooperation; and he holds a Master’s degree in private law from the Russian School of Private Law.
