Artem Kasantsev

Artem Kazantsev is Russian lawyer with over fifteen years of experience in dispute resolution, bankruptcy and commercial law.
During his career Artem advised and acted in courts for such Russian and international corporations as Mechel, Boeing, Rosbank, ICICI bank, IKEA, Rolf, Pilkington Glass, Levy’s, Liebherr, etc.
Artem has a unique experience in developing the laws of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation regulating economic activities. Also, Artem is the co-author of the most comprehensive Russian Bankruptcy Law Digest.
Artem’s experience includes positions in international law firms, such as DLA Piper and Gide Loyrette Nouel.
Artem graduated from Rostov State University and obtained a research degree from the Moscow State Academy of Law. He is fluent in Russian, English and French.
