Bianca Pimentel is a specialist in Real Estate and Contractual Law, graduated on Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, where she completed her specialization with excellence and was a student of great jurists, such as Professor Sylvio Capanema, co-author of the project of the current Tenancy Law.

She recently completed a post-graduate degree in Real Estate Law at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, the most renowned institution in Business Law at Portugal. In addition to these specializations, she also held a course on Real Estate Development and Contracts, taught by the School of Notaries and Registrars of the State of Rio de Janeiro.

In addition to being a lawyer, she also holds a degree in Management and was a contract coordinator at PDG Realty Incorporadora and Construtora, where she developed her knowledge in the real estate development sector, as well as contractual and registry law.

She acted as manager of the first project of Management of Public Patrimony of Brazil, having as collection more than 4,000 legal opinions on real estate of the State of Rio de Janeiro. Bianca is also a consultant for the State of Rio Grande do Norte, in the project of Patrimonial Management, whose objective involves the evaluation of about 2,000 properties in irregular situation.

Fluent in French, she has participated in several operations in Portugal and in other European countries, acting constantly between Brazil and Europe. Currently, Bianca is responsible for the legal services of Luzone Legal in that continent, where she participates in several courses to better serve clients interested in international business.
