Monique Maia works in the corporate labor area, advising national and foreign companies, in addition to providing subsidiary assistance in judicial and extrajudicial Real Estate Law.
She has extensive expertise in Labor Law, in preventive and litigation practice, especially for companies in the oil and gas sector that operate onshore and offshore.
Monique is one of the lawyers responsible for the Labor Law practice at Luzone Legal, developing her activity to meet the demands of customers at the units of Rio de Janeiro and Macaé.
She holds a bachelor in Law degree from Universidade Federal Fluminense, and she is also post-graduated in Labor Law and Labor Procedure from Universidade Cândido Mendes.
