Luzone Legal participates in the VII International Tax Law Congress promoted by ADBF
Em recente participação institucional, nosso escritório esteve presente no VII Congresso Internacional de Direito Tributário, que foi realizado pela @Associação Brasileira de Direito Financeiro, nos dias 15, 16 e 17 de agosto, no @Rio Othon Palace Copacabana.
O tema central do evento foi “Segurança Jurídica, Litigiosidade e Competitividade” e contou com mais de 200 palestrantes em Direito Tributário, entre membros do Poder Judiciário, acadêmicos nacionais e estrangeiros, autoridades, advogados públicos e privados e tributaristas provenientes de todas as regiões do País.
Nosso escritório foi representado por nosso sócio tributarista, @Rafael Lyrio, que é membro da Associação Brasileira de Direito Financeiro e que acompanha de perto todas as discussões e assuntos mais importantes relacionados à área tributária.
O evento abordou as recentes novidades legislativas e jurisprudenciais relativas a variados aspectos da tributação brasileira e internacional, incluindo as alterações legislativas, reformas em curso e propostas.

In a recent institutional participation, our firm was present at the VII International Congress of Tax Law, which was held by the @Associação Brasileira de Direito Financeiro, on August 15th, 16th and 17th, at @Rio Othon Palace Copacabana.
The central theme of the event was “Legal Certainty, Litigation and Competitiveness” and featured more than 200 speakers in Tax Law, including members of the Judiciary, national and foreign academics, authorities, public and private lawyers and tax experts from all regions of the country.
Our office was represented by our tax partner, @Rafael Lyrio, who is a member of the Brazilian Association of Financial Law and who closely follows all the most important discussions and matters related to the tax area.
The event addressed recent legislative and jurisprudential news regarding various aspects of Brazilian and international taxation, including legislative changes, ongoing reforms and proposals.
